2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, contractors directly involved in administration of the Promotion, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor or its promotion partners are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins when the official challenge entry form is opened by Sponsor. All eligible entries must be received no later than September 11, 2026 at 2:00 PM Mountain Time. Sponsor's designated system clock is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

Create an original public 15–30 second GOAT TALK challenge video meeting the campaign requirements, use #GOATTALKCHALLENGE and applicable tags/sound requirements, then submit the public post URL through the official form at ahdaseerecords.com/goattalk/. Limit one eligible entry per person. Automated, bulk, fraudulent, mechanically reproduced, or manipulated entries are prohibited.

5. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is required to enter or win. Purchasing the GOAT TALK Founding 250 package, merchandise, music, or any other product or service does not increase chances of winning. Email and SMS marketing consent are separate and optional.

6. Winner Selection

Following the close of the Promotion Period, one potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the deadline. The potential winner is subject to verification of identity, age, residency, submitted entry, and compliance with these Rules.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Prize

One verified winner will receive a custom GOAT TALK Bumpboxx (ARV $219) and one virtual meet-and-greet with Stevie Stone (ARV $199). Total ARV: $418. Prize is non-transferable. No cash redemption or substitution by winner is permitted. Sponsor may substitute a prize component of equal or greater approximate value if necessary. Winner is responsible for taxes and expenses not expressly included.

9. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the information submitted with the entry and may be required to verify identity, age, residency, and entry eligibility and execute legally permitted prize-acceptance or release documentation. Failure to respond or qualify may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner.

10. Entry Content

Entries must be original to the entrant and must not infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights; contain unlawful, defamatory, threatening, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited material; or include content the entrant does not have the right to use.

11. Permission to Use Entry

Entrant retains ownership of original content. To the extent permitted by law, entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, repost, and share submitted challenge content in connection with #GOATTALKCHALLENGE, GOAT TALK promotion, winner announcement, and Sponsor's promotional channels.

12. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, social handle, likeness, submitted entry, and general prize-related information in connection with announcing and promoting the Promotion without additional compensation.

13. General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process, attempt an unfair advantage, submit fraudulent information, use automated entry methods, interfere with administration, or violate these Rules. Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, security issues, unauthorized intervention, or circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially impair administration, subject to applicable law.

14. Technical Issues

Sponsor is not responsible for entries lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, inaccessible, or not received because of network failures, platform outages, browser/device problems, telecommunications failures, social-platform restrictions, or other technical issues outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

15. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Stevie Stone, participating promotion partners, service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from claims arising from participation or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or receipt of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

16. Social-Media Platform Disclaimer

The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook/Meta, TikTok, X, YouTube, or any other social-media platform on which challenge content may appear.

17. Privacy

Entry information may be used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, fulfill the prize, prevent fraud, and satisfy legal obligations. Marketing email/SMS will be sent only where separate consent is provided. See the Privacy Policy.

18. Governing Rules

The Promotion is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. If a provision is held unenforceable, remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

19. Winner Information

Where required by law, winner-information requests may be sent to the Sponsor contact above after the Promotion concludes.
