Ahdasee Records LLC ("Ahdasee Records," "we," "us," or "our") operates ahdaseerecords.com and related webpages, forms, communications, and digital services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and disclose it, and the choices available to you.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

Depending on how you interact with the Services, you may provide:

• Name, email address, telephone number, city, state, and other contact information.
• Communication preferences and separate permissions for promotional email, marketing text messages, and non-marketing or operational text messages.
• Booking details, event information, budgets, dates, locations, and other information submitted through booking inquiries.
• Feature-request information, including artist, project, timing, budget, and contact details.
• Partnership or sponsorship inquiry information, including organization, proposal, timing, budget, and contact details.
• Street Team application information, interests, location, social-media information, availability, and responses submitted through the application.
• Tour, market, and VIP interests.
• Merchandise interests and customer-service communications.
• Messages and other information you submit through website chat, email, forms, or other communication channels.
• Content, photographs, videos, testimonials, or other material you voluntarily submit.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial-account credentials, medical information, or other highly sensitive information through website forms or chat.

Purchase information

When you purchase merchandise, checkout and payment processing may be handled by a third-party commerce and fulfillment provider. We may receive order details such as your name, contact information, products ordered, order value, shipping status, and customer-service history. We do not intend to receive or store your complete payment-card number through the Ahdasee Records website.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

• IP address, browser and device information, operating system, and approximate location derived from IP address.
• Pages viewed, links clicked, referral sources, session information, dates, and times.
• Cookie identifiers, pixels, and similar technologies used for functionality, security, analytics, attribution, and—if enabled—advertising.
• Chat-widget interaction data and technical logs.

Information from other sources

We may receive information from service providers, social platforms, ticketing or commerce platforms, advertising and analytics providers, event partners, or publicly available sources, subject to their terms and applicable law.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Services.
• Respond to booking, feature, partnership, sponsorship, tour, VIP, Street Team, merchandise, and customer-service inquiries.
• Process or support merchandise orders and fulfillment.
• Send operational communications related to a request, application, order, event, or transaction.
• Send promotional email only where permitted by law and consistent with recorded preferences.
• Send marketing or non-marketing text messages only through the permission category affirmatively selected by the recipient.
• Personalize content and understand audience interests.
• Measure website, campaign, content, and merchandise performance.
• Prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights, users, personnel, artists, and partners.
• Carry out other purposes disclosed when information is collected or with your consent.

Submitting an operational inquiry does not automatically enroll you in promotional email or text marketing.

3. Email and Text-Message Choices

Promotional email and text-message permissions are maintained separately. You may unsubscribe from promotional email by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.

Opting out of one channel does not automatically opt you out of another channel. We may retain a suppression record so that we can honor your request. Transactional or operational messages may still be sent when necessary to respond to a request or complete a transaction, subject to applicable law and your channel-specific preferences.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers, text-message originator opt-in data, or text-message consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information to service providers that help us operate the messaging program, but only as necessary to provide those services and subject to appropriate restrictions.

4. Automated and AI-Assisted Communications

The Services may include an AI-assisted website concierge or other automated tools. These tools may analyze and generate responses based on information you submit. AI-assisted responses can be incomplete or inaccurate and are not professional, legal, financial, medical, or emergency advice. Do not submit confidential, highly sensitive, or emergency information through the chat widget. You may request human assistance through the chat experience or by contacting management@ahdaseerecords.com.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies for essential site operation, preference storage, security, analytics, campaign measurement, and—if enabled—advertising. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, but portions of the Services may not function properly as a result.

Where applicable law requires it, we will provide additional notice or choices regarding non-essential cookies and targeted advertising.

6. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information:

• To vendors and service providers supporting website hosting, customer relationship management, communications, cloud storage, analytics, security, payment processing, merchandise fulfillment, advertising, and professional services.
• To artists, authorized team members, event personnel, venues, agents, managers, or business partners when reasonably necessary to evaluate or fulfill your request.
• When you direct us to disclose information or provide consent.
• To comply with law, legal process, government requests, or to protect rights, safety, property, and security.
• In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal information for money. Certain analytics or advertising activities may be treated as "sharing," "sale," or targeted advertising under some state privacy laws. Where those laws apply to us, we will provide the required notice and choices.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining business and transaction records, honoring communication preferences, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary according to the type of information and why it was collected. We may retain opt-out and suppression records for as long as necessary to honor your choices.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online service, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for using caution when deciding what information to submit online.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or ask questions about our practices, by contacting management@ahdaseerecords.com. You may also request that we stop certain communications as described above.

Residents of some states may have additional rights, including rights to know, access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy of, or opt out of certain uses of personal information. These rights may be subject to exceptions and may apply only when statutory thresholds are met. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

10. Children

The Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information, contact management@ahdaseerecords.com so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

Street Team participation, text-message enrollment, and other programs involving ongoing communications are intended for people 18 or older unless Ahdasee Records establishes a separate parent- or guardian-approved process.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, social platforms, streaming services, commerce providers, ticketing systems, or other services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our Services, practices, or legal obligations. We will post the revised policy with an updated effective date. Material changes may be communicated through additional notice when required.
