SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern text messages sent by or on behalf of Ahdasee Records LLC ("Ahdasee Records," "we," "us," or "our"). By affirmatively opting into a text-message category, you agree to these SMS Terms for that category.
1. Programs and Message Categories
Marketing messages
Promotional messages may include music releases, merchandise drops, offers, tour announcements, VIP opportunities, Street Team campaigns, events, artist news, and related promotions.
Non-marketing or operational messages
Operational messages may include responses and updates concerning a booking request, feature request, partnership inquiry, Street Team application, merchandise inquiry, VIP request, event coordination, customer-service matter, or another transaction or request you initiated.
Permission for marketing texts is separate from permission for non-marketing or operational texts. Opting into one category does not automatically opt you into the other.
2. Consent
Text-message consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing merchandise or receiving services. Consent applies only to the message category you affirmatively select. Checkboxes must not be preselected, and you may submit an inquiry without agreeing to marketing texts.
By opting in, you authorize Ahdasee Records and its messaging service providers to send messages to the mobile number you provide, including through automated technology where permitted by law. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number and are authorized to provide consent.
The text-message programs are intended for individuals 18 or older.
3. Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your selections, activity, requests, and current campaigns. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile-service plan. Ahdasee Records does not charge a separate fee to receive program messages.
4. Opting Out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out of messages from the sending number. You may receive one final confirmation message. Other recognized opt-out words may be processed where supported.
Because marketing and non-marketing permissions are maintained separately, an opt-out will be applied as required by law and according to the channel and program information available to us. You may also contact management@ahdaseerecords.com to request removal.
After opting out, do not re-enroll unless you wish to receive messages again. If you later provide a new affirmative consent, messages may resume under that new consent.

6. Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in the Ahdasee Records Privacy Policy at https://ahdaseerecords.com/privacy.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers, text-message originator opt-in data, or text-message consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information to service providers that help operate the messaging program, but only as necessary to provide those services and subject to appropriate restrictions.
7. Delivery and Availability
Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service may not be available through every carrier, device, or location. Notify us if your mobile number changes so we can update or remove the prior number.
Text messaging is not monitored continuously and must not be used for emergencies, urgent safety matters, confidential information, or time-sensitive legal notices.
8. Changes or Termination
We may modify or discontinue a text-message program or update these SMS Terms. Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain new consent before materially changing the scope of messages.
9. Governing Terms
These SMS Terms supplement the Ahdasee Records Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If these SMS Terms conflict with the Website Terms regarding text messaging, these SMS Terms control. Applicable law controls where it provides greater rights.
